Chuck Mader

Principal

Among other things, I am a father, partner to a wonderful woman, ultra runner, real estate entrepreneur, and generally nice guy. I am adventurous and a risk taker. I am eternally grateful and positive.

I am a travel junkie. I never run out of words.

After 24 years in various federal leadership roles including active duty Navy, the Maryland Army National Guard, the US Department of Justice, and the US Department of Homeland Security I decided to follow my passion, real estate. The Capital Grove Company was born.
